The Grimscote Manor Hotel is conveniently located just off the Lichfield Road in Coleshill.
We are set in 4 acres of lovely Warwickshire countryside comprising of landscaped gardens, picturesque woodlands and a Victorian Oriental Bandstand which overlooks the illuminated waterfall and the Stenhouse Bridge. We are a small but close knit team here at Grimscote Manor. Every member of our team are trained in all departments in the hotel. Our guests are very important to us, and its our priority that everyone leaves Grimscote Manor happy, contented and wanting to return to us.
Meet the team:
Matt joined us in 2011 on an apprenticeship. He’s a quiet person but with a great sense of humour and loyalty. He travelled 2 hours a day for his first year on public transport to get to work, and was never late or missed a day off work! Thankfully Matt has passed his driving test! Matt started from scratch with our kitchen garden, where he grows most of our salad and vegetables in season, and helps keeping the chickens.
Our daughter, has grown up in the hospitality trade. From serving evening meals to our guests in 2000, for 25p per guest on school nights, she has seen Grimscote Manor develop in to what is it today. In 2011 after completing her horse management and teaching qualification Georgie finally chose to work in the family business full time and is now our second trainee manager specialising in front of house and wedding coordinator. She is also attending UCB.
Anne has worked at Grimscote Manor for many years; she is the hidden angel, that
no one sees. Ann produces beautifully ironed bedding and table linen -
Dee is our newest member to our small devoted and talented team. Dee is an all rounder and is covering every department and learning how to keep our high standards in place.
