A Message of Thanks to Alex Polizzi, The Hotel Inspector

Thank you Alex for being the best thing that has happened to Grimscote Manor Hotel, you are truly inspirational intuitive intelligent and most of all in touch with reality. We found you honest, (if not some times brutal) but also caring and thoughtful. You have given us the inspiration and guidance to continue to develop our business even further.

Since filming finished we have gained our 3rd star and have had an incredible amount of enquiries for both weddings, accommodation and corporate meetings. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for everything you have done for us, we can honestly say that is was one of the most memorable experiences we have gone through but have come out the other side looking at our business and lives from a different perspective, and as you have told us on many occasions “LIFE IS TOO SHORT” and to have a fairy business mother looking over us is very reassuring.

And despite what the cynics might write or say, we know that you really do care. Thank you again Alex and remember there will always be a warm welcome here for you and your team. All our love and admiration Gill, Steve (Alan Partridge) Georgie, Julia, Stace and Shan and not forgetting Anne.
